A Sauce for the Kids

Here at Sauce we are passionate at looking for ways to make our roads safer especially for all the new and young drivers.
Working with some amazing designs and ideas from our friends at CAB Studios, we are pleased to announce the launch of a new website to support the very exciting concept of ‘Connect Your Kids’ or ‘CYK’ as we now like to call it.
CYK is led by a fantastic lady, Alison Roberts. In a former guise Alison was the Finance Director of UK Assistance, the claims division of the Direct Line Group, so she knows a thing or two about claims and the high incident rates the industry sees in the New and Young Driver markets.
Working with the ‘Fleet Telematics’ experts at Satmo, a unique and bespoke concept has been delivered which allows the Parents and Guardians of these drivers to ‘Connect their Kids’ and help to manage their driving behaviours in the early days of them being on the road. Totally separated from their insurer the idea is simple. Using a simple Plug and Play OBD device combined with a unique App, parents and Guardians really can become their own Fleet Managers with their children, setting pledges that can deliver bespoke rewards and commitments. The children can see how they are performing whilst the parents can have peace of mind knowing where their children are and how they are driving.
Sauce are proud to have been involved in this development and hope to see CYK go from strength to strength.
The site has just launched looking for volunteers to test and help to continuously scope this proposition. Working in partnership with the team at road safety charity ‘Brake’ this concept is ideally poised to make a real change to safety on the roads.
